Lorraine (Lori) J. Shalhoub was appointed Vice President - General Counsel / External Affairs and Public Policy in April 2007. In this position, Shalhoub is responsible for all FCA Canada Inc., formerly Chrysler Canada Inc. (CCI) legal activities. She has oversight responsibility for all External Affairs and Public Policy (EAPP) activities in Canada.

Shalhoub joined the Company in 1997 and most recently served as Director - External Affairs and Public Policy.

She holds a Master of Law in Corporate Law from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, a Law Degree and Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Communication Studies from the University of Windsor in Windsor, Ontario.

She was born in Windsor, Ontario.
