February 18, 2017 FCA US LLC is recalling an estimated 69,298 full-size, all-wheel-drive cars in the U.S. to replace their front propshaft bolts. FCA US is unaware of any related injuries or accidents. The recall is limited to vehicles equipped with all-wheel drive.

January 6, 2017 FCA US LLC is recalling an estimated 86,403 older-model SUVs and trucks in the U.S., to replace certain driver- and passenger-side air bags.

December 23, 2016 FCA US LLC is recalling an estimated 43,071 SUVs and crossover vehicles in the U.S. to replace their crankshaft sensor connectors.

November 28, 2016 The 2017 Jeep® Grand Cherokee 4x4 has earned a five-star overall safety rating from NHTSA. Five stars is the highest single rating in NHTSA’s vehicle-evaluation program. The 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4’s five-star rating reflects performance in NHTSA tests that simulate: frontal collision with another vehicle, side impact with another vehicle and side impact with a pole.

2017 Chrysler 200 Earns Five-star Safety Rating From NHTSA

November 23, 2016 The 2017 Chrysler 200 has earned a five-star overall safety rating from NHTSA. The front-wheel-drive (FWD) version merits five stars. The all-wheel-drive Chrysler 200 has not been rated. Five stars is the highest possible safety rating given by NHTSA.

November 18, 2016 FCA US LLC is recalling an estimated 53,155 cars in the U.S. to replace their windshield washer pumps.

The overall result was the same for each: five stars – the highest single rating in NHTSA’s vehicle-evaluation program.

September 20, 2016 The 2017 Chrysler Pacifica has earned a rating of Top Safety Pick+ for 2016 from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS). The achievement marks yet another minivan milestone for FCA US LLC, which pioneered the segment more than 30 years ago.

Statement in Response to NHTSA Announcement of Consent Order Submissions and Meetings Extension

July 29, 2016  FCA US LLC acknowledges that the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is exercising its option to renew the monthly submissions and monthly meetings outlined in the FCA US Consent Order for an additional year. As stated in NHTSA’s letter to FCA US, “NHTSA’s exercise of its option to renew these requirements is not based on a concern about FCA’s performance to date, but rather to facilitate continued communication between FCA and NHTSA on potential defect issues.”

July 22, 2016 FCA US LLC is voluntarily recalling an estimated 323,361 vehicles in the U.S. to update certain software and replace wire harnesses, as needed.

Statement: Transmission Pump

June 30, 2016 FCA US LLC is voluntarily recalling an estimated 26,211 vehicles in the U.S. – most of which are in dealer hands – to replace their transmission pumps.
