Plant History: The plant was inaugurated on October 29, 2010, by Mexican President Felipe Calderón Hinojosa. The Pentastar engine is also produced at the Company's Trenton South Engine Plant (Mich.), which began production in early 2010, and the Mack Avenue Engine Plant (Detroit), which launched in January 2014.
