The FCA US Belvidere Assembly Plant welcomed the Jeep® Cherokee to its new production home on June 1, 2017. The decision to invest $350 million to retool the facility was made as part of the Company’s broader industrialization plan created to respond to the market’s shift away from small cars and to realign its U.S. manufacturing operations to fully utilize available capacity to expand the Jeep and Ram brands.

The all-new 2014 Jeep Cherokee took home top honors, being voted “Northwest Outdoor Activity Vehicle of the Year” by the more than 20 automotive journalist members of NWAPA in attendance. In addition, the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee was named the winner of the Premium Standard Utility class.
